For many years Eric was Chief Executive of North British Housing Association (now named Places for People), and he is a former Chair of the National Housing Federation. Eric has also sat on the Board of the Housing Corporation.

Caren is a development planner. Formerly a consultant working in transport planning, environmental policy and research into communities, Caren is now Director of the Development Planning Unit (DPU), University College of London.

Tamsin is a consultant in housing research, policy and information services. She also works as a freelance journalist and is editor of Welsh Housing Quarterly.
Adriana Allen
Adriana has almost 20 years experience of teaching, research and consultancy in urban and regional environmental planning and management (EPM), institutional development and capacity building for sustainable development. She is currently a Senior Lecturer and also Director of the DPU Research Programme and MSc in Environment and Sustainable Development.
Malcolm Harper
Malcolm is the author of ten books and many articles on business development in developing countries. He is Professor Emeritus at the Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University, and holds an MA (Oxford), MBA (Harvard) and a PhD from the University of Kenya.
