We use Google Analytics to help analyse how our website is used e.g. to see which the busiest times of the day/week are and which pages are the most popular. Collecting and using your information
We do not collect personal information (your name, address, email address, telephone number etc.) when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide us with this information.
We sometimes ask you for an email address e.g. when you sign up to a campaign. This will only be used to send you news and information about Homeless International’s work and campaigns/appeals through our e-newsletter, and you will be notified of this purpose when you sign up. All our emails will give you the option to unsubscribe from future emails.

Homeless International does not pass on, sell or rent your details to any third party.
Storing your information
With the exception of credit card details, the information you provide to Homeless International will be stored indefinitely on one or more databases directly maintained by us.
Accessing your information
You may request a copy of the personal information that Homeless International holds about you. We charge a fee for supplying this information. Please write to Homeless International, Queens House, 16 Queens Road, Coventry, CV1 3EG, enclosing a cheque for £10 (made payable to Homeless International). We will respond to you within 40 days of receiving your letter.
Online donations and membership payments
We use a service provided by Charity Technology Trust (CTT) to accept online donations and membership payments. CTT holds credit and debit card information on a secure server and all data is encrypted. When you make a donation or payment through our site, CTT will provide us with your name, address, email address and telephone number (if provided) to allow us to process your donation. CTT will never pass on your credit/debit card number to us.
Other sites
Homeless International’s website includes links to other sites, not owned or managed by Homeless International. We cannot be held responsible for the privacy of data collected by these other websites.
