Homeless International

Homeless International’s Bond provides low interest loans to existing partners for community-led housing and infrastructure projects.  The supply of small-medium scale capital grants and support from CLIFF has become increasingly insufficient to meet demand, and guarantees can only be used in those contexts where access to affordable finance from the banks is an option.   Homeless International therefore developed the Bond to bridge this growing finance gap
