We are a well-established development agency.  Our vision is a world in which all people can realise their right to land, housing and basic services.  We support urban poor communities in Africa and Asia to improve their living conditions by enabling access to land, decent homes, safe water and sanitation. 

We are seeking a strategic and highly motivated Head of Funding and Marketing to drive forward and diversify our fundraising.  You will develop and manage long term strategies to deliver income growth, expand income streams and promote our brand.  You will contribute to the leadership of Homeless International as a member of the Senior Management Team.

Based in Coventry, this post involves regular UK travel.  You will have extensive experience in raising resources in the UK and internationally, and in related strategy development and management.  You will be a good negotiator with well-developed leadership skills, the ability to work with and build effective teams and have experience of branding, marketing and communications.
